  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Warranty Returns & Replacements

  • No restocking fee applies
  • Return shipping label provided at no cost
  • Covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions
  • Valid within the warranty period specified at purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect your order immediately upon receipt
  • Contact us within 48 hours if items are damaged or incorrect
  • Provide photos of damaged items when requested
  • No restocking fee applies
  • Return shipping provided at no cost
