We offer a 60-day return period for all eligible products. This means you have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- With all tags attached

Change of Mind Returns
- Subject to a 25% restocking fee
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Includes returns due to:
- Subjective performance expectations
- Declined technical support assistance
- General dissatisfaction with the product
Warranty Returns & Replacements
- No restocking fee applies
- Return shipping label provided at no cost
- Covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions
- Valid within the warranty period specified at purchase
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Inspect your order immediately upon receipt
- Contact us within 48 hours if items are damaged or incorrect
- Provide photos of damaged items when requested
- No restocking fee applies
- Return shipping provided at no cost
Important Notes
- All returns must be authorised before shipping
- Unauthorised returns will not be accepted
