How does it work without a conventional SIM Card?
This is a bespoke and custom product. We have the equivalent of a SIM card soldered into the circuitboard allowing the watch to connect directly to the internet. We have done this to reduce your burden allowing us to manage everything on your behalf.
How is it different to other fall watches?
Apart from having our own custom circuitry which reduces costs, our product connects to our own secure Australian servers which allows us to send notifications and information direct to your family and care providers phones through our proprietary Pulse Link app.
What is the Warranty?
Enjoy a 12 Month Warranty with Pulse Link on any manufacturing defects. We guarantee our product will last but in the event you experience issues preventing it from performing it's functions, we will issue a repair or replacement having you back up and running in no time.
What happens when the fall detection system is activated?
When Pulse Link detects a fall, it immediately sends alerts to an unlimited number of designated users through the Pulse Link app. This ensures that multiple caregivers or family members are informed simultaneously, even if the wearer cannot manually request help.
