Pulse Link is more than a fall watch. It connects the wearer to their own Care Network, made up of family, friends, carers or neighbours.
When an SOS or fall alert is triggered, Pulse Link sends alerts to the connected Care Network so everyone knows what has happened and can coordinate the response. There are no ongoing subscription fees, no SIM plan to manage, and no complicated setup.
What is the Warranty?
Pulse Link includes a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering faults or defects under normal use.
If something is not working as it should, our Australian support team will help troubleshoot the issue first. If the device is found to be faulty, we will repair or replace it in line with our warranty policy.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage caused by misuse, lost devices, or damage caused by incorrect charging or handling.

Fall detection is an important safety feature, but no fall detection system can detect every fall. The wearer can also press the SOS button manually if they need help.
Is Pulse Link waterproof?
Pulse Link is designed for everyday use and can handle normal exposure to water, such as hand washing, light rain, general daily wear and showering.
It should not be worn while swimming, bathing, or exposed to high-pressure water, hot water, soaps, chemicals or salt water. Like most wearable devices, water resistance can reduce over time with wear and tear.
What is the battery life of the Pulse Link Smart Watch?
Pulse Link typically lasts 1 - 2 days with heavy use.
Battery life will vary depending on signal strength, GPS usage, fall alerts, SOS use, app activity and how often the watch is used. The watch can be fully charged in around 1 hour, so it is easy to keep topped up as part of a normal routine.
Does Pulse Link require a mobile phone to operate?
No. The Pulse Link watch does not need to be paired to the wearer’s mobile phone to send alerts.
